North 16th Street

This is a large spacious house in an amazing location in the North End. We are only a short walk or drive from downtown and a 8 minute drive from BSU campus. The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The room is a very large, loft-style room with its own double vanity bathroom, bathtub, shower and walk-in closet. The entire upstairs is the bedroom so it is very private. This is why it would be great for a couple as it is very spacious and can comfortably live two people. The rest of the house is nice and has lots of storage, a basement, a 4 car garage and lots of street parking.

Currently there are 3 of us living here, all females. Two are BSU graduates with jobs in the area and one is a current BSU student. We are all pretty laid back, friendly and clean. We would love to find people with these same qualities to move in!
