Currently Living in a 2b/2b apartment near USF in Tampa and looking to renew lease (July 1st), my roommates have moved out and am currently looking to fill the second bedroom. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with their own private bathrooms. Appliances, floors, etc. were all redone when I moved in 1 year ago. Looking for someone to move in ASAP so I can notify the complex of the lease renewal so this offer is only valid till June 31st.
