One bedroom available in a beautiful 5br house in suburban Mystic. Fenced backyard with deck, porch, fire pit, picnic table, and grill. Kitchen features a dish washer, french door fridge, massive kitchen island, and induction stove. Off-street parking is available. Washer-dryer in-unit with a finished workout space in the basement. The rooms upstairs have a shared bathroom, carpets, and ample closet space. The house is located about ten minutes from the Groton Sub Base and Electric Boat- and about five minutes from downtown Mystic. Absolutely NO PETS, COUPLES, OR KIDS. Young professionals (ages twenty to thirty) only. Rent is $750 firm ($100 of that goes to utilities, any more than that is required monthly, split between the other roommates).

3 female identifying young professionals working in education, freelance marketing, and digital media content writing. Joy (2 year old corgi) lives in the house. If you don’t like dog hair, this might not be the place for you. Thyme, Oregano, and Juul (3 chickens) live in the backyard coop. Fresh eggs in the summertime!
