the studio is an amazing space with a lot of natural sunlight.there is a pool and a gym in the building, 24hr lobby. located in ktown.

i want to create a safe space for you and me to come home to after a stressful day.

you will have to bring your own furniture. but really all you need is a bed. if you have any other personal items, we can always find space for that and make the apartment our own little world!

it is a studio apartment that you will be sharing with me. :)) i would really like to have a good vibe in the apartment. to come home and either coexist or talk about whatever shit happened that day. i am very openminded, totally respect another’s privacy and mostly mind my own business. i work during the week and do home office monday and friday. other than that i am kind of a little clean freak haha! also i am vegetarian and would prefer not to have a huge meat consumer as a roommate… (just pointing it out :) )

the young woman i shared my space with up until now is moving in with her boyfriend, which leaves me with the apartment and still 5 months to go, according to my lease… i will be moving after those 5 months, open to see how we get along and maybe find another space together? open to discuss whatever when the time comes, just putting it out there! transparency is very important to me. :)
