Room available in townhome! Beautiful neighborhood with a park, tennis courts and pool. Walking distance from wawa and car repair shop. About a mile from exton train station (Amtrak and Septa, easy access to Philly). The house inside is not perfect right now as myself and another girl both are in the process of moving things around and moving peoples things out but it will be tidy in the next couple weeks as we get it ready. A nice sized attic and patio as well. You are welcome to stop by anytime, just shoot me a message on here and we can set it up with either myself or Shannon. Currently there’s a lease that starts again on July 1. Latest move-in could also be some time in August. Your private room will be ready by July 1 even if we are still rearranging the downstairs! Rent and security deposite are an estimate. I will happily put you in contact with the leasing agent.

One person currently lives here and another girl potentially moving in August. I recently moved for work/business. My old roomie Shannon is looking for a patient, understanding, respectful person (without children) to move in who is around her age. She is a music teacher, late twenties and easy to get along with. Sometimes life gets busy, so if you feel the space is getting a bit messy do your best to keep it clean and also don’t be afraid to communicate openly and be direct with her. She values open communication, plays lots of instruments, and recently got rollerblades! Unfortunately she is very allergic to cats and dogs, so preferably no pets
