The bedroom is ample in size. It has a small foyer that leads to the bedroom and private bathroom, and it’s ideal for storage such as a fridge or pantry. You can also have your own outdoor kitchenette or grill because you have access to your own private patio outside. This private patio is also how you would get to the unit.

The unit is located on the east wing of the house, and the laundry is shared in the garage.

The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, mostly with families around. It’s very close to the downtown, a 5 min bicycle ride away from the CalTrain station.

The other folks living at home are very quiet and respectful. The main home is occupied by a family of 4; a professional mature woman, two young adult professionals, and a child. There’s one man who lives by himself in a different section of the home. No one overlaps or shares anything besides the garage for laundry that runs on a schedule. Everyone gets along really well!
