The room is a nice room in a big 5-bedroom 2600 sq ft home with a lot of space plus a big back yard that you would be very comfortable in. I am between Cypress College and LBCC. I am an active, semi-retired engineer from Xerox many years ago. In addition, I was a part time instructor at LBCC where I taught semiconductor theory and digital and analog circuits design. I have home cleaning services twice per month and yard services once per week. You get a private room and a private bath next to a seldom used guest room. The guest room has a terrace/ balcony with a table and chairs you are welcome to use to relax.
