2/2 apartment. You’ll will have your own room and bathroom. Rent, internet/cable, water, and electric all included in amount. Washer and dryer in the unit. Must be okay with a dog — she’s super friendly though. It is in “Tampa” but basically Brandon. Currently use the room as a spare room and storage. All furniture will be removed upon your move in.

Early 30’s. Work full time. Drink and smoke socially. Usually pretty chill (i think so). I prefer LGBTQ or LGBTQ friendly. Mainly watching Netflix or relaxing when I’m home. I don’t do much partying and prefer to not have parties here. Not against people visiting as long as they are respectful. I do have a dog walker that comes in several days out of the week to walk my dog. She’s an 11 year old lab mix, who does nothing but sleep.
