I have a fully furnished 4 bedroom duplex which includes everything such as, pillows,blankets,sheets towels,pots and pans,washer,dryer, ample parking and a nice yard. Must be honest and kind. No Pets at all.No drama momma wants a person that can get along with others.No set lease and deposit negotiable. Must be the right fit. I’m a 60 yr old female that works alot and hardly home. No smoking(outside only) no druggies nor felons. Must Must be tidy and employed.

I live Alone presently. I’m looking for a kind,non judgemental,honest person that can get along, be helpful and no strangers brought into my home. Safe secure environment is a must.
