Justin's room

ROOMS OPEN. I own a 4 bed 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood, It backs up to a very nice pond which makes for a nice relaxing view in the evening. Its located in a great area close to the freeway, all your grocery shopping is no more than 2 minutes away. There are 3 rooms vacant wich all share a common bathroom however I only plan on renting 2 rooms out. Two smaller rooms and 1 larger room out of the three. some small home renovations like paint but nothing to prevent the functionality of the space.

My name is Justin, I have two labrador retrievers. Easy to get along with, I like to keep my space clean and functional. I like the outdoors so im normally out with my dogs at the beach or finding trails to walk.
