Single family home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms south of Highway 190, approx 15-20 minutes of Fort Hood. Home is a single-story with a private, fenced backyard that will undergo landscaping in the next twelve months. Garage space is available along with shared office, living room, kitchen, and dining room.

Owner is sole current occupant and is an Active Duty Servicemember stationed at Fort Hood. Due to allergies the home is not pet friendly. Due to owner’s occupation the home is not 420 friendly. Owner drinks and hosts occasional game nights and friend dinners/BBQs, but not prone to parties. Standard expectations regarding cleanliness and respectful noise level apply. Potential for friendship is required–No applicant will be accepted without an in-person interview in a public location.
