Woodbine Avenue Southeast

I live in a three bedroom and two bathroom townhouse. It has a back yard and washer and dryer. The area is nice. It’s near parks and close to little five points. There is two floors. The first floor has one bedroom and the second has two bedrooms.

My roommate is moving out the first week of July. You can have whichever room you want. I don’t mind moving my stuff. I leave for work between 7am or 9am. I am generally quiet but I do love to cook.
