It is available for nice tenants, who cleanup regularly, and are not lazy. The bills will be shared among the tenants, not more than $100 monthly. Deposit is mandatory along with the first month’s rent.
Roomie’s background check will be verified, before getting you a room to rent. Roomie should be active in keeping the house and the room clean, no junk and trash to be left unattended. No pets. No smoking/drinking of any kind allowed in the house. Roomies will need to pay the utilities, including power, sewer, internet
