House is in a quiet and save subdivision in First Colony (Sugarland/Missouri City). A lot of community swimming pools and facilities are accessible. Walking distance to Austin Parkway Elementary Schoo, and HEB. 15 min to UH Sugarland, Costco, Memorial Park. No smoking, no pet, no drugs.

My child goes to college, husband works oversea. They come home once every couple of months. Most of the time, I live alone. When they come home, they use our bathroom in the master. I like cooking and stay in kitchen a lot. I am looking for a roommate who doesn’t cook or not cook often. Single female and student welcome.
