Wyatt's room

26 year old male working as an engineer at L3Harris looking for a roommate on a month to month lease term. The house was built in 1990 and is a 4 bedroom with two baths (1700 sq ft). I live in the house and am looking for people to rent out two of the rooms in the home.

I have the master bed and bath and one of the spare bedrooms so the other two are what’s for rent.

The living area and kitchen is fully furnished, there’s a 70“ TV in the living room with hulu, netflix, and disney+. NO CABLE (I do have wifi). Washer and dryer in house.

The house has a 2 car garage that I have full with my cars NO GARAGE SPACE FOR STORAGE OR OTHERWISE. There is room to park a car in the driveway

I cut the grass and handle the yard work.

I have a dog (~35lbs, very friendly), a cat and a snake. The snake is rather small, super docile, and stays locked in her tank in my bedroom. The cats food and litter is kept in my bathroom far away from the living area so there’s no smell from that. Both the dog and cat get shut in my room at night so they won’t be running around.

Would prefer to find a roommate with no pets but I am not necessarily opposed. No smoking (cigarettes), if you smoke marijuana that’s fine as long as it is smoked outside.
