Credit score 600 or higher, however credit scores close to 600 may be considered, monthly verified income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, clean background check. Move in cost is first and last month, plus security deposit. Utilities and internet will be additional $75 a month. Looking for single occupancy, no animals.
