Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take my place in a 1 bedroom (furnished) with a shared bathroom with 1 other housemate. 1 year lease. Rent is $950/month including all utilities/internet. The house is located at Northpark Square, in West Irvine, 6.4 miles (15 minutes drive) from UCI. Unfortunately no cooking in the kitchen because the owner is allergic to smoke from cooking, but you can still use the microwave and refrigerator. Washer and dryer inside the house. Access to community pool, gym, and park. Plenty of street parking and a very safe neighborhood! The owners are looking for males only. Move in date: July 1, 2022. I’m moving out because I got another job offer from out of state.

The owners are husband and wife (Korean, in their 50s, super kind and polite). There are 3 persons currently living there (the 2 owners who are also working, + 1 med student).
