Please read through carefully before reaching out! Room Size: 13’x12.5’ Looking for ONE roomate with a stable and on-site job and can provide their last two paystubs. The roomate has to be able to pay their own rent from their income. What is Included:

• Utilities
• Washing Machine & Dryer is shared amongst everyone in the household. The dryer takes quarters ($1) in order to be used. Laundry detergent is NOT included.
• Air Conditioning (controlled by homeowner)
• Wi-fi
• Shared microwave and mini oven with one (1) other housemate (refrigerator not included), (NO KITCHEN ACCESS).
• A private small bathroom: shower, toilet, and sink included
• Closet Area

What You Can Expect: A quiet and safe neighborhood within close walking distance to a dual-plaza location including shops like Starbucks, Ralphs, CVS, McDonalds, Tacobell, Sprouts, Yogurtland, and many many others. Our home overlooks a high school, so the occasional morning traffic may occur around 7am-8am and background noises (class-to-class alarms / marching band) can be expected throughout the day. There is also a park within close walking distance and a city lake within close driving distance. You will have your own separate space (alongside another housemate) that is upstairs (not wheelchair accessible). Parking in our neighborhood is a bit difficult as there are a lot of cars. There is a fingerprint doorknob to access into the home and a key to access your room.

What We Expect From You:

• No parking on our driveway- that is for our use only.
• Absolutely no day/overnight guests. We have cameras running 24/7 outside of the home; you will be penalized and kicked out within 30 days when caught.
• No pets.
• Drinking and smoking will not be tolerated inside our home.
• No weapons of any kind will be allowed into the home.
• Must be clean and responsible.

Family of 4; we keep to ourselves and will rarely see you unless we bump into eachother on the way to our cars.
