I am looking for 1 roommate to sign a lease for an entire 3/3 apartment I have already applied for recently. The person who had applied for this lease together with me rescinded at the last minute due to his financial predicaments. It is a 3/3 unfurnished apartment unit (unit H-329 to be exact, 3rd floor) at Tivoli Apartments. The rent for the entire place is $1,355, we can convert the 3rd bedroom into a study or art/design studio. Moreover, the leasing office offers an option to close off the 3rd bedroom and reduce the rent to $1,280.

The apartment has 3 full private bathrooms, sizeable walk-in closets, and a spacious storage room where a washer and a dryer are inside. The preferred move-in date is Thursday, August 4, 2022, and the lease term is 12 months which ends in August 2023.

I have lived in Gainsville for quite some time, here is an estimated monthly cost per person considering other expenses (calculated based on the highest I’ve experienced):

Rent: $678 [or $640 if we close off one bedroom in the unit]

GRU(Utilities): $70

Wifi: $30

I am an easygoing person and I spend most of my time reading, writing, teaching, and going to the gym. I am an avid nature enthusiast who enjoys hikes, road trips, and other outdoor activities. Though fairly busy with my dissertation, I try to be social and enjoy friends’ company which I find simple pleasures in.
