The master is over 200sq ft with cathedral ceiling and lots of light. The room has a walk-in closet and large bathroom with tub and double sinks. The room is unfurnished, however the house is fully furnished. It’s a large townhouse over 2000 sq feet with a large living area on the main floor, kitchen and dining area and a ground floor living space. The development has an outdoor pool for residents There are many local shops including a Wegmans, Fairfax Corner is walking distance away and public transportation as well, very close to the metro. Rent is $1250 all utilities included. Security deposit and first months rent due on move in. You will have access to the furnished common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom just 2 of us sharing the whole house.
