The room in question is nice and quiet, away from the street, and gets nice sun in the afternoon. Very walkable distance to all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores, right by the highway and easy to get to the city. Most utilities included save for electricity and gas. Property is very spacious and all shared spaces are very roomie (rough 1450sqft property). Property is largely furnished with our own furniture, excluding whatever you choose to bring for your space.

Two mid-20s engineers (male) currently reside in the property and are looking for a third roommate. Very social and friendly people, if quiet at times. One is a grad student and the other travels often for work, so you don’t have to feel too cramped for space.
