Beautiful recently remodeled apartment on the 2nd floor. You really can’t get better than this location: Amsterdam Avenue directly across the street from City College between 138th and 139th streets. Less than five minutes to the 1 train at 137th, grocery stores, delis, bodegas, restaurants and bars. 2 blocks away from Riverside Park. Absolutely beautiful area which is why we don’t want to move. Very friendly and very safe!

My roommate James and I are older, professional men looking for a third roommate. I work at an Art College in the city and am also a gig musician (singer/pianist). We are both very relaxed and easy-going. I am currently working part time from home; James is working fulltime from home. We have lived together in this apartment for 3 years. If you want a place to sleep, clean up and eat or if you want a place to be home, we can accept either. We are alcohol, herb, and LGBTQ+ friendly. My dog is a very loving and sweet mixed breed. James and I are pretty low-stress and would like to have that in a roommate.
