Wendy's room

I have a large room for rent. The room is upstairs in a farm house in the country. Shared bathroom. There is a bed and dresser in the room but can be removed if you have your own. Laundry will not be provided in the home. You would have to do laundry outside the home. Please no pets as there is already 4 dogs here Pay 1/2 the rent and full non refundable deposit to move in. Total $625

I live in the home. My room is downstairs, my adult son lives in a room upstairs. He is truck driver so is not around much. I stay home, unless shopping running arrends etc ….please contact me for more information.
