About the room
Hi, looking for a roommate in the Pasadena area. 5 minute walking distance to PCC and Allen station. Looking for someone who is a student or works, or both. Rent is 650 a month. Security deposit is 650 as well. Your own private room, shared bathroom. We have two cats! Move in date is March 31st. we will paint and clean up the room for you as well.
The house can get a little messy and it’s not in the best appearance, but 650 is hard to come by.

About the roomies
20F and 20M, both outgoing and generally have people over a lot. If you’re the quiet type who goes to bed at around 9/10pm, may not be the spot for you. 420 friendly, please limit recreational use to marijuana and alcohol. We both work weekends, I go to school during the week.
