About the room
We have a smaller room and shared bathroom available. Bathroom is technically shared but we’ll just use the spare bathroom so it’s basically yours. Just looking for one roomie. We are casual and friendly but not looking for any kind of party house. We would split utilities 1/3 and internet is included in price. Washer and Dryer on site. Big backyard. No dogs or cats considered, we’re sorry. We got 2 dogs and cat who are super friendly but really don’t want to mess with the animal dynamic. We respect privacy and we’ll have an agreed upon chore list to avoid any conflicts. Shoot me a message if you’re interested!
About the roomies
I work for the State and wife works in food industry. Laid back, just looking to find someone also laid back that can help with rent. Like crafts, art, reading, watching TV and smoking on the back porch
