Roomate wanted for marina life living. It’s a 45’ boat and you will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. The room is very small but lots of places to kick it. Fully covered flybridge and cockpit area as well as a large living room area and sunbathing on the bow. Has gated parking and gated access to the marina.

I’m male, 45 years old, and very chill. I’m there quite a bit and I work from home. But I’m also out quite a bit so you would have the place to yourself a lot.
