Brand new house, you would be the first person in the room. I have two rooms so there will be another person if not already and would share a bathroom with them. Month to month. This room has no closet (why it’s a little cheaper) . No smoking tobacco products in the house, no hard drugs.

I’m a 38 year old male , works full time. I have a cat. There will be another roomie in a different room you would share bathroom with. You both would keep that bathroom clean. House finished being built in march. Eventually I think I’ll get a second fridge you and other roommate would share.
