• Available 1 room for rent with two shared bathrooms. Utilities + internet are all included with the rent. Large driveway for parking.

• Preferably first month and security deposit ($500 which $100 is Non-refundable for cleaning fees) Length of stay 90 days minimum but looking for long term lease.

• Upper 3rd Room: (10 feet x 10 feet (100 square feet).

• Unfurnished / (Furnished for Queen bed available if desire).

Two Shared Bathrooms:

• Upper Level: Large bathroom w/single sink, toilet (w/hand held badet sprayer), tub and stand up shower. Lots of vanity space and drawers.

• Lower Level: Bathroom w/single sink, toilet, stand up shower only.

• Xfinity High speed internet
• Shared spaces includes kitchen, dining, living room, TV room w/wood fire place, backyard patio/large fire fit/Gas Grill, Laundry room (washer and dryer) lower level.
• Non-smokers only please. No pets - sorry. No guns or weapons allowed on property.

• The property area: Walking Distance to main road (5 - 10 minutes to bus stop). About 20 minutes (walk) to shopping/eateries area (See Four Corners Shopping Center, Maple Valley) such as Safeway, Fred Meyer, Starbucks, McDonald. Driving Distance - 5-10 minutes to Costco Covington, Walmart, Red Robin, Kohls, IHOP, etc.

• Lake Wilderness Park which is walking distance - about 35 minutes away.

• There are plenty of other parks for hiking, lakes for fishing, and biking. Golf is nearby. Take a short trip to Snoqualmie Falls or Mt. Rainier. Chrystal Mountain and Snoqualmie Mountain for skiing.

• Microsoft Bus Stop: 5 minutes away.

We like to keep the common areas (the rest of the house) tidy out for mutual respect for each other. Kitchen utilities / appliances are available for use. Washer & Dryer located on first floor.
