About 20 minutes (walk) to shopping/eateries area (See Four Corners Shopping Center, Maple Valley) such as Safeway, Fred Meyer, Starbucks, McDonald. Driving Distance - 5-10 minutes to Costco Covington, Walmart, Red Robin, Kohls, IHOP, etc.

Lake Wilderness Park which is walking distance - about 35 minutes away.

We like to keep the common areas (the rest of the house) tidy out for mutual respect for each other. Kitchen utilities / appliances are available for use. Washer & Dryer located on first floor.
