About the room
Apartment with own bathroom. Along with a windowed bedroom. There is a fully furnished living room and kitchen. There is a balcony attached to the living room with a large sliding glass door.
There is a Washer and Dryer inside the Apartment and trash pickup every day.
We live 10-15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta as well as living right next to a Marta Station.
TV with Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and HBOMax.
About the roomies
Hi! My Fiance and I live together, we are (20NB) and (19F) respectively.
I am MTF and my Fiance is Non-Binary. We are very open to LGBTQ+ and do not judge.
We have a cat and are very friendly. Though we are both introverts. We do like making friends, and once we come out of our shells enjoy spending time with roommates.
We have friends over a decent amount, though we do not get loud, or be disturbing.
We are clean and need someone who will follow a cleaning schedule.
