I am currently living in a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Because my husband’s job re-locating to Boston and my lease does not end until the end of Feb 2023, so I would like to rent out my master bedroom with a spacious closet and private bathroom to share my rent. The washer/dryer is in-unit. Our apartment is really close to Walmart on Wilton Blvd in New Castle, with a lot of parking spaces. The rent will be 850 dollars (including utilities). I am married, 33, and working at the University of Delaware. I don’t smoke. Because of my work and my husband will be in Boston, I will be traveling a lot, so you will most likely have the entire apartment to yourself for most of the time.
