The house is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood within walking distance of the main street of Calhan and a five minute drive from Paint Mines Interpretive Park. There is a garage space, laundry, and a bed in the room if needed. Recently renovated kitchen. Utilities are split (propane, water/sewage, electricity, waste, internet).
