I have two rooms available for rent. They are small hover one comes with a triple bunk bed which can be removed if it doesn’t suit your needs. Quiet, clean responsible females preferred either a single mom looking for both rooms for $550 each or you can rent them out individually. No smokers or drug users allowed and must be able to provide proof of steady employment and rental history

I am a single mom who works full time and I raise backyard chickens, teach piano lessons on my days off from home and my daughter is 9. I share custody of her so she is only here for half of the week.
