Ricky's room

Hey!

My name is Ricky, and I have a room available for a total of three of us. the room is about 12.5’x9’ and has great closet space. Plenty of free parking, and there is access to the laundry room, kitchen, and backyard. The house is in Sterling, it’s walkable/bikeable to Herndon, and it is a 10 min drive (20 min bike ride) to the nearest metro stop. The house has a bar, a large backyard, and smart lock access. I do have some furniture to loan.

I am an individual who works in healthcare/biotech. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, hiking, playing board games, and trying local restaurants.
