Jeannette's room

Our upstairs has a bedroom and bathroom(the shower is small but will work for an adult of average size).Large closet/kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave, fridge, and crock pot. No private entrance but large driveway. Quiet dead end street and safe area. Internet and small TV included. Has its own heat and air conditioning.

My husband and I bought a 3 bedroom 3 bath home so a family member could live with us. They got their own home so the upstairs is empty. My husband is disabled from a stroke and we are 64& 74. We have a small Maltese. Some adjustments in rent can be made for helping with yard or housework. We are just regular people and easy to get along with.
