Nya's room

So here we have a bedroom available in a two bedroom townhouse. Unfurnished(just a 55inch Samsung tv mounted), all the more to make it yours! It has a great view in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a laundry unit here as well, AC is included, WiFi of course, you do have your own bathroom space, parking space, and the location is very convenient. The neighborhood is walking distance from grocery stores, the moanalua shopping center, and we have great jogging/walking routes for any of you who have an active lifestyle! (Also if you intend to stay longer than 6 months let me know!)

It’s two people, me(INFP, enneagram 5)and my partner(ISTJ). Due to his line of work you won’t see him often but I do work from home, so you’ll definitely see me float around from time to time. I do keep to myself, so if you intend to just do your thing and pay rent, I’m perfectly fine with that. The house environment is very laid back , usually quiet, and there’s no pressure or expectation for social interaction. Basic respect of privacy and space, communication, and trustworthiness are important values here, and I wouldn’t stand firm on it if you wouldn’t receive the same in return.
