ABOUT THE ROOM This is a room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The room has a large closet and two windows. The room will be furnished as shown on the photos. This is a month-to-month lease, preferably LONG TERM.

LOCATION We are located 4 blocks away from broadway where there are plenty of shops and Grocery stores. There are also 2 laundromats, 1 block away.

CURRENT ROOMMATES: We are 2 professionals in our late 20s. We all work full time (we are also fully vaccinated!)

• A must for any new addition is that they are drama-free, reliable with bills, and respectful of communal spaces as we have a very harmonious environment in the house.

• No Smoking
• No parties
• No loud music (we sometimes work from home.)
• No couples
• No pets

To move in:

Proof of stable income, background check. International students are welcome!

• Rent is $700 plus utilities.
