Single family home 5 minutes from downtown and East Nashville newly renovated with all new appliances. Fully furnished home. Room for rent is the master suite with private French door back entrance for which you’ll have a key. Will live with one other renter in separately rented room. The bedroom is En-suite with a private bathroom, comes either unfurnished or with a 1 year old Tulo King bed which has always been covered, the cover is washable and impermeable to both liquids and smells. W/D, 400 mbps Xfinity Internet, 2 car parking in driveway, back yard is fenced off but not fenced in. Available for month to month but prefer 6 month lease terms. Pest control is included in cost, as is whole-home water softener and filtration system, as are security services provided by Vector home security with in-home panel for fire, rescue, and police, glass break sensor and motion detection, and coded entry system. All residents will be given discreet code for entry and system arming. Two HD EXTERIOR ONLY security cameras on property. I’m a private owner and this is my full time residence but I’m moving to Ukraine for 1 year to provide humanitarian aid to vulnerable communities.

I’ll be leaving a few things in an adjacent room out of the way and the home will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and set up for your occupation before you arrive!

I won’t be on property as I’ll be in Ukraine for a year on a humanitarian mission, but you’ll be living with one other renter in a separate private room which has access to the main bathroom. He’s awesome, a hospitality manager for events downtown, and works a lot, is clean, polite, and quiet.
