We exist solely in our room and only need access to the bathroom, kitchen sink and washer/dryer. The rest-listed below- is yours to do with as you please.

We would share:

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED *electric *heat/ac *wifi *valet trash service

MUST BE LGBTQIA+ FRIENDLY. Outdoor/balcony smoking only. Subject to background check and application fees per Phoenix View Apartments.

*Pets subject to $300 nonrefundable deposit per pet and $25/mo for each pet per Phoenix View Apartments. Additional restrictions apply.

*One off street parking tag provided. Additional cars must park on the street. This is strictly enforced by Phoenix View Apartments.
