Hello Friends!! I currently live in a 3 story townhouse in Pembroke Pines/Miramar area and am looking for a reliable roommate! The room I have available is a decent sized, with it’s own private bathroom. The apartment and room is fully furnished (including a 75 inch tv in the living room 🙂 ) has a garage, a driveway and neighborhood amenities i.e. pool and gym. The ideal room mate does not drink, smoke, own guns, own pets or party (that much). The room is available as soon as 6/22 but ideally moving in on July 1st. Three story townhouse, my co-worker and i both live in. The top floor has both bedrooms and private bathrooms (i have one room, the other is available). We both work in professional soccer and travel a decent amount for work.
