Security Deposit not required although I do request First and Last Month upfront before moving in.

you will have your own back half of the house. I am building a wall to separate your living room and bedroom off from the rest of the house. You will have your own bathroom that nobody else will have access too. You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of room for you to bring your own items if desired. There is plenty of cabinet space and two fridges. you will have access to the a three car garage, a small fitness area, the pool, patio, and a pretty decent sized yard (corner lot). you will have access to a washer and dryer as well.

No dishwasher or Garbage disposal. The Pool is getting resurfaced July 22,2022.

I am Kyle, I work 30-50 hours a week every Tuesday-Friday. I am not home very much those days at all. Saturday Sunday and Monday I am home the entire time with my three little kids. We have our own bathroom living room and bedrooms. we are very active and outdoorsy people. I am looking for a responsible person to rent out the the back half of my house.
