Three bed, two bath home. It includes an extra livingroom if you’d prefer to have your own livingroom as well as your own room and bathroom. Power, water, internet, and cable included (you will be responsible for paying for your own box if you want it for your room, or the other livingroom. I am a single male, 58 years old. I don’t really leave the house much due to disabilities. I am a smoker, half pack a day, and due to being male I’d prefer a male roommate with no small children.
