My 30 year old son rents a room and a 62 year old man rents another room. I have one vacant room open. the house is near the freeway and shopping is near. Nice neighbors on all sides. I drink and smoke. You can be a drinker, smoker and 420 is ok, you just can’t be a bad drunk. You can’t be too messy. No indoor cats. You must have steady income and be kind of clean. you can’t be crazy Supply your own toilet paper. You can use the kitchen, but must clean the mess. I have two very friendly pit bull dogs that have ruined the backyard. I am a retired contractor on Social security that works a little.
