This place is perfect for the Busy Professional like Travel Nurses, Fire/Police Cadets, Interns. Adults who like their own space but not all the fuss or expense in setting up a home. The Room has Newer Carpet, Mini Fridge, TV, Black Out Curtains, Vanity/Desk. Microwave, Ceiling Fan, Storage Cubby, Dresser, Lamps & Mirror.
*Bathroom is shared but space is separated for all your soaps, shampoos and towels
*Parking is on the street.
*Safe, clean well lit area
*Laundry is upstairs 7pm-7am or anytime on Sat-Sun.
*Kitchen is shared. Please Wash your own dish, mop the floor and take garbage out when needed.
*Utilities are $75 that includes High speed WiFi.
