This is for a single room in a two bedroom house in Emerald Hills. There is a large furnished living room, dining room, washer and dryer, kitchen (tons of storage space in the kitchen for your own area), and a huge backyard. There is a garden in the backyard, as well as patio furniture, lights, and a lemon tree! It is a shared bathroom. The room for rent is the master room; it has a ceiling fan, large west facing windows, a large double closet, and is about 200 square feet.
About the roomies
The only other person occupying the house will be myself. I am 28, work early mornings, love to read, and keep it pretty mellow around the house. I enjoy cooking/baking, gardening, and going to the beach.
