Flavio's room

Its a 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice secluded apartment complex, only 5 minutes drive from both George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College’s Annandale campus, both of which are accessible via public transit (Green CUE lines and 29k), as well as brisk walk to Fair City Mall and a short drive to Old Town Fairfax, Vienna Metro, and the Mosaic District. There’s walking trails, included parking, a pool and car wash, the walls are pretty well soundproofed. Landlord tends to mind her own business and the rent is controlled. We’re working on forming an herb garden as well.

Hi! We’re Flavio and Noa - two nonbinary friends living in Northern Virginia trying to recover from an awful roommate situation and have someone fill our main bedroom as we share a room. We’re pretty much chill with any walk of life as long as you’re chill with ours - we’re LGBT, pagans (we won’t shove it in your face I promise - we tend to keep it to ourselves), 420 friendly and open to couples and pets alike! Apologies about the photos of the main room, the roommate that’s leaving was very much a slob it’ll all be cleared out by the time you get there! I, Flavio, am running the profile, I’m 21 and a professional artist and student, and Noa, 26, works in the medical caretaker field. We tend to split bills evenly and try to get groceries communally so that we all save money, and we really just want to be accommodating and hopefully make a friend. We love video games, ttrpgs, board games, and watching bad reality tv together .
