Very quiet not alot of drama and very safe. Neighbors are quiet aside from the couple next door who have their little spats now and then. Pretty close to things and most of all we are really the best roommates anyone could ask for because we are friendly, kind, and believe in 100 percent respect. We just ask for our new roomate to respectful as well
