Conejo Canyon Court

This is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom 1st floor apartment in a corner unit, with a patio. All basic appliances including A/C and a washer dryer are in unit. The complex has several pools/jacuzzis and a gym. Plenty of visitor/tenant parking as well as a designated covered spot. Private room with a shared Bathroom with another female. We like to hang out together but also respect personal time and personal space. Must be ok with dogs, there will be a friendly small dog! Close to grocery stores and the freeway, as well as hiking trails.

Both roommates are female and are very clean and organized. The person in the master works from home and the other roommate is an elementary school teacher. We are in our mid 20’s and both have graduated college from CSUCI.
