Garage gym with Squat rack, bench, dumbbells, olympic barbell and weights, preacher curl bar, and multipurpose cable machine. MMJ is allowed, but must be smoked outside. Alcohol is fine. No other drugs allowed. Not looking to rent to live in couples. Electronic Locks on all the bedroom doors for privacy, and electronic lock for front door.

Background and income check required. A lease agreement will also need to be signed (lease provided by me). To move in it would be a 250 refundable deposit + prorated days or the months rent.
