Property in Laveen, cross streets are 43rd and Baseline.**
3,300 square foot house with gas stove and large 12 ft kitchen island. Rooms are large enough to comfortably have a queen bed and a desk. You will have your own private bathroom. Main common area with TV and Xbox with streaming services. Can provide bed with mattress if needed.
Currently one other person lives here as well. He was found on roomies as well. I’ve have had both women and men from roomies share the house together.
All utilities included including high speed internet. Wifi coverage through the whole house and hard wired ethernet in all the rooms. Grill outside in the patio. Garage has gym. MMJ is allowed, but must be smoked outside. Alcohol is fine. No other drugs allowed. Not looking to rent to live in couples. Electronic Locks on all the bedroom doors for privacy, and electronic lock for front door.
Background and income check required. A lease agreement will also need to be signed (lease provided by me). To move in it would be a 250 nonrefundable deposit + prorated days or the months rent.
About the roomies
Mechanical engineer with 1 small dog. Laid back, clean, quiet, and friendly. Safety and security of everyone on the property is my upmost concern.
