Bedroom available with bathroom off hallway. Bedroom is small but will accommodate a queen bed. Home is very clean. Full house privileges kitchen, inside laundry, common areas with cable tv, which i rarely use. All utilities included wifi. Looking for professional single housemate. No overnight guests. Day visitors no problem * No couples* No pets no drugs. Smoking outside only. Great neighborhood safe close to Drs Hospital, shopping and freeway access.

I’m a friendly quiet senior. Easy going spend alot of time in my room watching TV, listening to music reading. Visiting with family. Non intrusive and respectful of others privacy.
