Room 1 and Room 2 are fairly large - will easily fit a bed/desk. Also have closets. The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. The living room/dining room is fully furnished - we have couches, a TV, and a stocked kitchen. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and laundry room. The second floor has the three bedrooms and another full bathroom. Free parking and the washer/dryer is in-unit. It’s a SUPER quiet neighborhood, with a park nearby and plenty of green areas. Located just steps from from the Rockville Trader Joes. Aldi/Safeway/Federal Plaza/Congressional Plaza/Pike+Rose all within a mile. Within a 10-15 min walk to the Twinbrook Metro Station on the Red Line.
